Unlike any other service provider, Medical Alert powered by Mindbridge, is the only personal emergency response system that provides fall detection to all of our members at no cost.
In case of an emergency where our members are not able to press the button, our upgraded device can detect the fall and can send alert to our care center. On receiving alert, our Care Specialists will contact the member through the device and will find out what kind of help they need and will get it there for them.
If for any odd reason, our members are not able to communicate to the Care Specialist, we will consider the worst and will send out lifesaving services (ambulance) to protect our members.
Fall detection is only possible by using state of the art devices which detect falls using multiple sensors.
*However, all falls are not 100% detectable and members are advised to press the button when they possibly can.
